Mr. Ng Haw Yang has successfully obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from University of Northumbria, Newcastle U.K. And CLP. He was chambered under Mr. Go Tiong Siew of Messrs Go Tiong Siew & Associates in the year of 2012 and was called to the Malaysia Bar at 28.3.2013

From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Ng practiced with Messrs Go Tiong Siew & Associates in Melaka. In a career as an advocates & Solicitors, Mr. Ng has had the privilege of appearing as counsel in various branches of the law from the Magistrates Court to High Court.

He has handled a broad spectrum of litigation including family, divorce & matrimonial dispute, company and partnership dispute, probate and administration, tort claims, building and construction , admiralty and maritime, insolvency, contractual dispute and was exposed to conveyancing, civil, corporate and banking work.

Therefore, with his well-balanced and extensive exposure in conveyancing, corporate and litigation areas, he started to embark on a new journey of professional excellence by establishing Messrs Tho, Ng & Partners in 2015 with his partner, Mr. Tho Yin Fatt.

As a founding partner of Messrs Tho, Ng & Partners, he leads the corporate, commercial, admiralty and real estate practice. Now he is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial matters.

​

Mr. Ng practice general conveyancing, which includes advising and drafting general agreements on sale and purchase, rental of real property and documents securing the finance thereof. He also experience in banking and finance includes housing and corporate loan for both conventional and Islamic financing.

​

He also specializes in handling banking documentation including overdraft loan documents, corporate financing documents, general agreement concerning land and company matters, and debt restructuring.

​

Mr. Ng also has interest in providing legal advisory services for Small and Medium Industries from their setting up to their crucial of gravth and drafting of contracts on company and land matters including sale and purchase agreement and general agreement relating thereto.

​

He also has experiences in handline housing projects and had been handling a few building projects. He also assisted in promoting housing development under the MYHome Scheme.

In the corporate field, he has appeared in company, liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy matters. In the commercial sphere, he has acted in banking, hire purchase, contract, intellectual property, sale of goods, wills, trust, land law, media and entertainment cases.

Mr. Ng has a keen interest in admiralty and maritime laws and has been giving advise regarding shipping and admiralty law to most of the shipping and land reclamation company in the state of Melaka.
